Jonathan is an award winning CEO, receiving the Callaghan Innovation C-Prize and Kiwi-Net Breakthrough innovator award. He has a rare mix of technical proficiency and business acumen, holding a Master’s in Chemical and Process Engineering and achieving significant business success, leading two oversubscribed capital raises.  

Jo has a wealth of experience working in marketing, legal and venture capital firms. She has provided guidance to navigate international markets and regulations, including multi-billion USD M&A deals. This experience helps Zincovery to manage commercial risks and business strategy.

 Sean has held roles including Founder, CEO, and Business Development Manager for industrial start-ups. Sean has first-hand experience in steel waste-to-value companies, including LanzaTech and Avertana. This experience has helped to deliver Zincovery's success thus far.
